Ellie was amazing, I couldn't recommend her enough. She came to mine for a trial and we went through 5 or more different ideas as I was so indecisive! Ellie was so reassuring, patient and helpful as she had lots of great ideas and knowledge. After my trial I was still unsure but Ellie always had time for me, sending her photos, discussing hairstyles with my hair type/colour and length. She even helped me buy extensions to create a fully look. On the day, I was still unsure and a little nervous but Ellie kept me calm, happy and step by step kept checking in with me and we created the perfect hair do there and then.
